The sun plays a very important role for every form of life on the Earth. If there wasn’t the Sun our life was just impossible. The sun is necessary for plants, animal and of course for people. Most of people like the Sun very much. They are waiting for summer impatiently and try to spend their winter vacation in hot countries lying on the beach under the hot Sun. But true to say, the Sun is not so healthy as we used to think even on the contrary it is harmful especially for our skin. Is tan attractive for you and you are ready to lay on the beach all day long for being tanned like a chocolate? Then you should know that the sun destroys our skin. Sunbeams are the main enemy for it. It accelerates ageing process and dries our skin, so with other words it can be called “a killer” of our skin. It affects slow and very injurious and in some cases it can lead to cancerous disease or to death. The main reason of cancerous disease is UV radiation. It penetrates deeply into skin, brings on allergenic diseases and premature wrinkles. As a result the nocifensor supplies on a skin surface a melanin. The melanin is a pigment making our skin tanned for protecting it. That is the way we get tan. So, if you want to avoid appealing to a dermatologists or specialists for cancerous disease you have to follow some rules. If you are going to spend the whole day in a hot weather under the burning sun you have to wear a head-dress and sunglasses and if you are going to get tanned on a beach you have to put on a sun care range. That is why some of celebrities try to avoid sunbeams. They wear sunhats and glasses. Just remember Evan Rachel Wood, Madonna or Nicole Kidman. One more way to protect your skin is using a fake tan. I mean bronzing lotion or spray-on tan. It has own disadvantages, but nevertheless it is the safest than the sun. In this case you can be looked tanned in every season and people will think you just return from Hawaii or Bali.
